PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Grounded in inclusivity and equity, our M.S. in Education: Teaching and Learning program helps educators build culturally responsive classrooms, while developing the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes of master teachers. This program also provides students who are certified teachers with the courses required for one of five endorsements: Autism Spectrum Disorders, Online Instruction, AI, Social Emotional Behavior or Instructional Coach.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By analyzing cutting-edge pedagogical theory and applying interpretations of that theory to teaching practices, you will become a master teacher who shows others how to orchestrate assessment, diversity, technique, and technology within the context of contemporary education.

Upon program completion, you will be prepared to demonstrate contemporary best practices in classroom teaching, design and implement curriculum development projects, and articulate both strengths and concerns of educators dedicated to teaching in an inclusive society.
